It’s been a strong start to the year at NetWatch from a recruitment standpoint.
We’ve welcomed 17 talented individuals, highlighting our continued growth, and adding new skills, fresh perspectives, and expanded capacity to the team. This includes expanding existing teams and introducing brand-new roles to support our evolving priorities:

We focus on keeping hiring and onboarding efficient, fair, and welcoming, continuously refining our processes to attract individuals who bring the skills we need and positively contribute to our culture. For example, this year we’ve been leveraging a data-driven talent analysis platform to identify the key skills and attributes best suited to each role, helping us to secure the best talent.

Meanwhile, we’re also very proud to have awarded 10 promotions across the business so far this year – a great reflection of the growth, dedication and hard work of our team.
We’re always eager to support our team’s growth by offering opportunities to upskill and broaden their experience, including supporting individuals through professional qualifications. As NetWatch has grown, it’s been exciting to introduce dual roles — such as integrating vital HR and compliance responsibilities with current roles — giving team members the chance to embrace fresh challenges while continuing to do the work they enjoy.
